Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Robustnode ("we," "us," or "our") for services provided through robustnode.sbs. By purchasing any services or subscriptions, you agree to these terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for our services:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards with major payment network logos
  • PayPal and other approved digital payment platforms
  • Bank transfers for enterprise accounts (subject to approval)
  • Other payment methods as made available on our platform

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

2. Pricing and Fees

2.1 Course and Subscription Pricing

All prices for courses, subscriptions, and services are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed or active subscriptions until renewal.

2.2 Taxes and Additional Charges

Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. We will add applicable taxes to your total amount due based on your billing address and applicable tax regulations.

2.3 Currency Conversion

If you make a payment in a currency other than the listed price currency, your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees. We are not responsible for any conversion rates or additional fees charged by third parties.

3. Billing Cycles and Subscription Payments

3.1 Subscription Billing

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, annually, or other available options). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will receive a receipt for each automatic payment via email to your registered email address.

3.3 Payment Authorization

You authorize us to store your payment information and charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including initial purchases, subscription renewals, and any additional services you may purchase.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card information, or other reasons, we will attempt to process the payment again. We may suspend or terminate your access to services if payment cannot be successfully processed. You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts.

4. One-Time Purchases

For one-time course purchases or service fees, payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Access to purchased content will be granted immediately upon successful payment processing, subject to our verification procedures.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Refund Terms

Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Payment Terms. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

5.2 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide prorated refunds in certain circumstances at our sole discretion. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5.3 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Cancelling Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at help@robustnode.sbs. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to services until that date.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. However, you remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the final billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Price Changes

7.1 Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of price changes, typically at least 30 days before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.

7.2 Acceptance of New Pricing

By continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect, you accept the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate applies.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

8.1 Trial Periods

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription services. You may be required to provide payment information to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription fee.

8.2 Trial Eligibility

Free trials are available only to new users and are limited to one trial per user. We reserve the right to determine trial eligibility and to revoke trial access if we detect abuse or violation of our terms.

8.3 Promotional Pricing

Promotional prices, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and expiration dates. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are subject to availability.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

9.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at help@robustnode.sbs immediately. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors.

9.2 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and may seek recovery of fees, costs, and damages.

9.3 Account Suspension

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your access to services pending resolution. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

10. Enterprise and Custom Billing

Enterprise customers with custom agreements may have different payment terms as specified in their individual contracts. In case of conflict between these Payment Terms and an enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement prevails.

11. Payment Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All payment data is encrypted during transmission and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

12. Late Payments and Collections

For invoice-based billing arrangements, payment is due according to the terms specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments and may engage collection agencies or pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

13. Account Credits and Gift Cards

Account credits, gift cards, or promotional balances may be applied to your account from time to time. These credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Credits may have expiration dates and can only be used for eligible purchases on our platform.

14. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of these processors in addition to our own Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party payment processors, though we will assist in resolving such issues when possible.

15. International Payments

We accept payments from customers worldwide, subject to compliance with international payment regulations. Some payment methods may not be available in all countries. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid for international transactions if applicable.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from payment processing issues, including but not limited to payment delays, processing errors, or unauthorized access to payment information due to third-party breaches.

17. Changes to Payment Terms

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Governing Terms

These Payment Terms are part of and subject to our overall Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Payment Terms and the Terms of Service, these Payment Terms shall prevail with respect to payment matters.
